Once Sena Runa, a Turkish paper quilling artist now living in Portugal, left the corporate world, she walked into an incredibly creative and colorful journey. Although her artistic career sparked out of a passion, Sena established herself well and creates wonderful paper-piece sculptures of everyday-inspired objects, but not only. She folds, turns, cuts, twists and loops colorful paper strips of different thicknesses into animals, flowers, houses or any other object or subject that calls her attention. We have decided to show you the “Ying over the Yang”, a wonderful multicolored paper sculpture, to demonstrate that the art of Sena Runa is as eye-catching for her motifs as for the great color composition. Lovely.
